And it begins....Grouse opener August 2014

We had a great opening day,  It looks,like another good year for grouse.

Jazz had points, honors, and retrieves on her first grouse hunt.

I think Jazz is ready!  She is holding point on pigeons and even the old dogs honored her work at the end.

Lake Trout

Got to go fishing in Traverse City Michigan this summer at a work convention.  This was a monster Lake Trout one of the guys we went with caught.
